Our Pastor, Greg Freyer accepted Christ as his Saviour at the age of twelve. At the age of thirteen, he surrendered to full time ministry and specifically to preaching. During his first year at West Coast Baptist College, USA, God placed a burden on Greg’s heart for the country of New Zealand. Bekah grew up in a Pastor’s home and accepted Christ as her Saviour at the age of 11. She surrendered to full time ministry during a Youth Conference at West Coast Baptist College, USA, although uncertain what it would mean. She took a missions trip to the Philippines, and developed a burden for those beyond the United States. After graduating with an Associates at West Coast Baptist College, she returned to obtain her Bachelors in Missions. Later in 2013 they met and soon after graduation, they married. They arrived in the country of New Zealand in November of 2022. The Freyers have three children, Nola, Kade, and Indy, who are their absolute joy. They are passionate about serving as church planters in the beautiful, but gospel-needing city of Gisborne.
